Frosting:
A delicious cream cheese butter-cream frosting is a wonderful compliment to any of these cakes. Rolled fondant, Italian meringue and chocolate ganache frostings are also available.

Wedding Cakes:

Whether you are planning a small intimate wedding or a wedding on a grand scale, your reception will be more distinctive and delicious with a cake designed especially for you!     There are a variety of flavors and fillings to choose from that will add a wonderful taste sensation to your reception.  Let me help you design a cake that will reflect your style and taste.

  Groom’s Cakes:

This is a great way to add more variety and servings to your reception desserts.  You may want to choose a chocolate Kahlua cake with Kahlua fudge frosting or a rich cheesecake with chocolate ganache and chocolate dipped strawberries on top.  

  Sheet Cakes:

This is another great alternative for adding additional servings and variety of cake to your reception.  Each sheet cake is a two-layer cake that will match the height of the base wedding cake tier.   All of your guests deserve to receive a piece of cake that is the same size don’t they?

  Special Request’s:

If you have a family favorite that is not on the list of available flavors, let me know!  I will be happy to see if I can use it for your wedding cake.

Other Tasty Treats

  Dessert Buffet:

A slice of cake is great but don’t stop there.  Let your guests indulge themselves in a dessert buffet!  Add your choice of tartlets, cream puffs, fondue, cookies, and candies to your dessert table.  Your guests will  love it!

  Individual Treats:

Offer each of your guests their very own mini wedding cake.  Available in a variety of flavors, shapes and sizes.

  Edible Gifts

Give your guests a little edible thank you gift.  Each individually wrapped gift can be placed at each place setting or can be displayed for your guests to pick up as they leave the reception.  A personal note can be attached to each little gift.

  Kid Friendly:

Kids love cupcakes!  Make the reception memorable for your younger guests with a cupcake cake.  This tiered display of cupcakes can be used as the centerpiece at the kid’s table or can set along side the wedding cake.  This is a fun addition to any reception!

Samples:

Call to set up an appointment to sample some wedding cake flavors.  Choose up to three different flavors of cake and the filling to go in them.  Enjoy your selections while we discuss the style of your wedding cake.

  Cake Design:

While at your tasting you can look through a large variety of cake ideas or bring an idea or picture of something that you have seen.  Together we will design a cake that is perfect for you.

  Ordering & Payment:

Ordering your cake should be done as soon as you are comfortable making the decision.  All orders are on a first come basis.  Last minute orders are always welcome as long as the date is not already fully booked.  A deposit of 50% is required when the cake is booked.  The balance is due two weeks prior to the wedding.

Delivery & Set-Up:

Delivery and set up is available for all wedding cakes.   The delivery charge is based on the location of the reception site.

Fresh Flowers & Cake Tops:

Flowers and cake tops are an additional charge.
